Online boodschappen bestellen
Het online bestellen van boodschappen wordt door veel bedrijven gedaan. Bij veel (super)markten is er nu ook de mogelijkheid om de boodschappen niet meteen af te rekenen maar juist achter te betalen. Aan het einde van de maand ontvangt het bedrijf een rekening met een overzicht wat er allemaal besteld is in die maand en wat de kosten daarvan zijn. Je kan bij sommige winkels er ook voor kiezen nadat je de eerste factuur hebt gehad deze om te zetten in een automatische incasso.
Wat zijn de voordelen?
Er zijn een hoop voordelen voor bedrijven om de boodschappen achteraf te betalen. Je hebt hierdoor minder administratief gedoe en geen losse bonnetjes die je kan kwijtraken. Iedere maand wordt er een overzichtelijke factuur gestuurd naar het bedrijf waar alle bestelde producten opstaan waardoor ze eenvoudig kunnen zien wat de uitgaves zijn per maand. Zo’n factuur zorgt ervoor dat je inzicht hebt in de uitgaven van je bedrijf en biedt hierdoor dus gemak.
Hoe het werkt
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om je boodschappen achteraf te betalen als je staat ingeschreven bij de Kamer Van Koophandel. De mogelijkheden van achteraf betalen zijn via een factuur, via de pin of dat je via een automatische incasso achteraf betaalt. Bij de laatste optie hoef je zelf niet eens meer de factuur over te maken. Het bedrag van de factuur wordt namelijk automatisch maandelijks afgeschreven zodra je de supermarkt hebt gemachtigd.
Als particulier achteraf betalen
Het is nu nog niet mogelijk om als particulier je boodschappen achteraf te betalen. Er zijn nog geen supermarken die aan het einde van een maand aan een particulier de service verlenen om een factuur te sturen van de gekochte boodschappen. Dit betekent dat je vooralsnog je boodschappen direct moet betalen als je ze hebt besteld.
